WINNIPEG, MANITOBA, December 13, 2021 – Video Production Agency, Tripwire Media Group, is looking to make a bigger impact on their community by launching a new year-long charitable initiative called ‘12 Months of Giving’ – an effort that involves supporting 12 different charities of their choice over the course of 12 months.
Starting in November with a drive to fill their production van with winter gear for Koats for Kids, Tripwire will be doing everything from giving blood for Canada Blood Services, to helping build a house for Habitat for Humanity, to raising funds for Ride for Heart for Heart and Stroke.
“We support a number of nonprofit organizations through our video and animation work, but we wanted to do something a little more hands-on that allows our team to get involved and make a difference,” says Doug Darling, CEO of Tripwire. “It’s the right thing to do, and I think it’s a great way to make a bigger impact.”
The initiative is currently underway and will be ongoing until November 2022. The full schedule will be finalized in the next few weeks as team members contribute their choices for local nonprofits.
“We want to make sure that everyone has a chance to make an impact on something that’s important to them. Supporting our community is a core part of what we do as a business, and this is just another way we’re trying to contribute.”
