Every day might look a little different for Alison, but the importance of finding balance for employees and the company are always at the forefront. Her degree in HR & Marketing, as well as having worked in larger nation-wide companies and local start-ups in the past 10 years, contributes to her compelling involvement in pretty much every aspect of Tripwire.

Aside from holding down the Tripwire fort, Alison is an avid ultimate frisbee competitor and Dungeons and Dragons player.
